Additional working hours

These rates apply only after your monthly hours have been used:

Surcharges are not added together. Only the highest applicable hourly rate is charged. Saturday at 23:00: €97.50; a public holiday on Saturday: €130.00 net. Tax treatment is stated in your proposal.

Monthly hours & expiry

Monthly hours can be split across several visits.
Time starts when work begins on site. Travel time is not deducted or billed separately, and there are no mileage charges.
Included hours have no time-based surcharges, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Visits depend on availability, agreed scope and legal requirements.
Unused hours expire at month-end: no carry-over, payout or refund. The full monthly price remains payable.
Materials, replacement parts and specialist contractors are not included in the hours allowance.

Materials & specialist contractors

Materials and replacement parts: actual purchase cost plus 15% materials handling.

Materials, larger repairs and third-party work are agreed before commissioning and charged under a separate proposal. Specialist contractors, external hosting, domains and paid software are not automatically included.

Regulated work is carried out only by appropriately qualified and authorised specialists, coordinated with your approval. We do not independently carry out fixed 230V installations, work on distribution boards or fuse boxes, fire alarms, complex alarm or security systems, or regulated plumbing and heating work.

Term & monthly cancellation

The contract starts on the agreed date and continues indefinitely, with no 12-month minimum term. Either party may cancel monthly:

Notice received by the 15th of the month: the contract ends at that month-end.
Notice received after the 15th: the contract ends at the following month-end.

Notice may be given in text form, for example by email. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

Emergency contact & on-call support

24/7 contact requires a written agreement and confirmed continuous coverage. General 24/7 availability is not currently promised.

Where on-call support is agreed, we aim to respond within 30 minutes and attend urgent incidents within approximately 4 hours. These are non-binding targets, not guaranteed response or arrival times.

Attendance depends on availability, legal requirements and an assessment of the incident. Not every type of emergency is covered. Work first uses your remaining monthly hours; additional hourly rates then apply.

Frequently asked questions

Can I book just one hour per month?

Yes. Choose from 1 to 100 service hours per month. Final availability and scope are confirmed in writing before a contract begins.

Can I use my booked hours flexibly?

Yes. Your hours can be split across several visits within the agreed service month. Work time starts on site; travel time is not deducted.

Is travel included?

Yes. There are no separate travel or mileage charges.

Are there surcharges for weekends and public holidays?

There are no time-based surcharges on booked hours that are still available. Additional rates apply only after your allowance is used. When periods overlap, only the highest rate applies. Visits depend on availability and legal requirements.

Can I cancel my subscription monthly?

Yes. The contract is indefinite with no annual minimum commitment. Notice received by the 15th ends it at that month-end; later notice ends it at the following month-end. This applies to both parties. Email is sufficient.

Do unused hours carry over?

No. Unused hours expire at the end of the service month. They cannot be carried over, paid out or refunded. The full monthly price remains due.

Can I report an emergency at any time?

24/7 emergency contact is available only by written agreement and confirmed continuous coverage. General round-the-clock availability is not currently promised. Attendance depends on capacity and legal requirements; target times are not guaranteed.

Are materials included?

No. Materials and replacement parts are charged at actual purchase cost plus 15% handling. Specialist contractors, external hosting and paid software are not automatically included. Additional costs are agreed in advance.

Can larger businesses enquire too?

Yes. Larger allowances are confirmed individually after a capacity check. This is explicitly highlighted from 25 hours.

Can I select every service shown?

IT, networks, digital support and office assembly can be requested within the stated permitted scope. Camera/security solutions and the separate property-support category remain unavailable until their legal classification and any required registration have been confirmed.
